HELP NEEDED!

CAN YOU HELP US WITH SOME PARTS
FOR OUR LATEST PRESERVATION PROSPECT?
As you may have heard on the grapevine, the museum is now home to K62 KEX - one of two East Lancs EL2000 bodied Dennis Darts bought by Great Yarmouth Transport in 1993. These two buses were the last two 'proper' buses bought by GYT in council ownership and therefore 62 fits perfectly into our collection of significant vehicles that aims to illustrate the bus scene in our local area over past decades.

However, there is a problem - as the picture below clearly illustrates...
Before we were able to acquire the vehicle, its engine and gearbox were removed for further use, and a number of other smaller parts were taken off as it was gradually cannibalised.

Thanks to our local branch of 'First' we now have all the mechanical componants that we need to get the bus back on the road.

However, also missing are some body panels which are proving very hard to replace. We need a new engine cover (as you can see) as well as a complete set of front panels as well as a new set of front bumpers. So far we only have the bumpers!
So, if anyone reading this knows where we may be able to acquire the panels that we need please get in touch with the museum by email, letter or phone - our contact details are on the 'Contacts' page.

Alternatively, we may have to get replacements custom made by our local panel-beater. However, the best picture we have of the vehicle is the one at the top of this page and, lets be honest, it's not much cop! Do you have pictures of 62 (or its sister vehicle 63) in service at any stage in their lives. If so, then please email these to us without delay as they will enable us to provide a more accurate pattern of what we need. Also, we are especially keen to receive pictures of either bus in the livery they were delivered new (GYT Blue and Cream/White) that we can use as a guide when we are returning the bus to its original livery sometime later this summer (hopefully!)
PLEASE HELP US IF YOU CAN!
WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU!
